Invis celebrates 15 years of success

Invis Mortgage Intelligence is celebrating its 15th anniversary with a national celebration on Wednesday, July 15, that will see barbecues and gatherings in 17 communities across Canada.

"We're so excited for these celebration events because they will include our brokers, staff, clients, lenders and other business partners. There are so many people that helped us get to where we are today and many will be out at these events. I personally have been with the company since the beginning and am so proud of where we are today,"says Cameron Strong, CEO Invis Mortgage Intelligence.

Looking back and forward to the future there many reasons Invis Mortgage Intelligence brokers, clients and partners will be enjoying the celebrations on the 15th:

  • Both Invis and Mortgage Intelligence were among the first national super brokerage firms in Canada, with brokers in all provinces.
  • We have over $140 billion funded and over 650,000 satisfied customers.
  • Our provincial compliance audits and our reputation with regulators are impeccable year after year.
  • Our lender partners appreciate our standards and efficiency ratios.
  • We were the first brokerage to offer value added ancillary products when we launched our creditor insurance program in 2002.
  • We've received industry recognition for our success developing young brokers and new offices.
  • Our award winning Angels in the Night homeless shelter project has been going strong since 2003 and has raised almost $3 million. Our brokers give back in so many ways to their own local communities.
  • We are proud of our many brokers who are helping to build a better mortgage industry for us all by volunteering with CAAMP and their provincial associations.
  • And recently, we were delighted with the recognition we received at the Canadian Mortgage Awards, winning Best National Brokerage Network and Best Marketing Effort, with both awards attributed to our tremendous broker group and the support they show Invis Mortgage Intelligence.

Of course, we haven't forgotten how we got here and sincerely thank our 1000+ brokers, and in particular those 46 brokers who have been with us for over 15 years for their support and ongoing goodwill. Thank you to:
