Ms. Hart has a rural background with a family based ranching operation east of Hanna, Alberta. She has resided in Calgary for 15 years. She obtained her Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, specializing in Economics.

She has 15 years banking experience with her area of specialty focusing on personal finance and investments.
