He is widely recognized as an industry expert on variable rate and adjustable rate mortgages. Rob is experienced in a number of areas of financial services including mutual funds, appraisals and mortgage brokering.

Alongside his duties as a Regional Business Leader, Karl's views on pricing, product and lender credit policies are widely followed in the Canadian mortgage market. Prior to joining Invis in 2001, Karl was the owner/operator of one of the more well established and respected mortgage brokerage firms in the Vancouver market. Karl and his partner merged their company with Invis in 2001.

Gary excels in sales coaching, business development and training and has garnered a solid reputation in the industry, having held positions as President and Board Member of several industry associations. Gary is also involved in education, having written and contributed to several courses on the topic of mortgages. In addition, he has been a faculty member with several industry associations including the Real Estate Institute of Canada and the Manitoba Real Estate Association. Currently Gary teaches several mortgage topics at Mount Royal College for the Mortgage Agent's licensing course in Alberta.

He has over 32 years of experience in the lending industry and has spent many years as an underwriter with major banks and trust companies. Steve has been an instructor of the Invis Underwriting 101 course for 5 years and enjoys educating clients and fellow brokers about our industry. He has been operating the Eastern Canada Submission Desk since 2009.
	Angela Coyne Regional Manager E: Angela Coyne T: 416-662-3551 TF: 855.777.3551 Angela brings over 34 years experience in financial services to her role as Regional Manager for South Western Ontario. She began her career with Barclays Bank in the UK, and has worked for several major Canadian banks. Angela has also been a successful broker for 13 years, and ran a prominent storefront operation in Hamilton, Ontario. Angela is well-versed in how to build a brokering business, and can show you how partnering with Invis will enable you to focus on closing more deals.
	Paula Hillick Regional Manager T: 647.404.9448 Paula brings over 20 years banking and brokerage industry experience to her role at Invis/MI. She has proven herself in the areas of Underwriting, Training and Development, Customer Care, Sales and Marketing, Business Development and Account Management, Brokering and the Construction Industry. Paula brings a varied knowledge base and expertise that will help her brokers be successful; particularly in the areas of structuring deals, rate negotiation and prospecting.
