Stan Falkowski has been a leading player in the mortgage brokerage industry in Canada since 1989.

Following a successful career in the banking industry, Mr. Falkowski helped to shape the success of Norlite Financial, an independent mortgage brokerage firm based in Ontario. In 2001, Norlite was part of a merger of leading independent firms which resulted in the formation of Mortgage Intelligence (MI), where Mr. Falkowski was a member of the original leadership team. Mr. Falkowski has been instrumental in the development of MI which has grown to become one of the most influential brokerages in Canada.

Mr. Falkowski brought his wide-ranging experience in the mortgage industry to Invis in 2008 when Invis acquired MI. He subsequently played a key role bringing together the two most recognized and successful brands in the mortgage industry, first as Senior Vice-President at MI and now as Senior Vice-President and National Sales Leader at both Invis and MI.

As a charter member of Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals (CAAMP), formerly CIMBL, Mr. Falkowski helped establish a declaration of Best Practices for the Mortgage Industry. In October 2010 he was elected to his fifth consecutive two-year term on the board of CAAMP, where he has also served on the executive and has chaired various committees.

Cameron Strong

Cameron Strong has 29 years of critical accounting, financial management, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions experience in both public and private companies. This experience has included a number of equity and debt placements. Prior to joining Invis, Mr. Strong was Chief Financial Officer for a database company. From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Strong was Corporate Controller for an emerging, publicly traded, pharmaceutical company.

Mr. Strong received his Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.

After joining Invis in 2000, Mr. Strong has attracted new financing to the Company and effected cost management measures in order to promote growth and profitability. Mr. Strong has been appointed to serve as a member of the National Fraud Committee for the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals.

Gary has over 30 years of experience in the real estate, finance and mortgage industries including public and private mortgage default insurance and commercial lending and brokering. Gary excels in sales coaching, business development and training and has garnered a solid reputation in the industry, having held positions as President and Board Member of several industry associations. Gary is also involved in education, having written and contributed to several courses on the topic of mortgages. In addition, he has been a faculty member with several industry associations including the Real Estate Institute of Canada and the Manitoba Real Estate Association. Currently Gary teaches several mortgage topics at Mount Royal College for the Mortgage Agent's licensing course in Alberta.

Kelly Neuber has 25 years of marketing experience in the financial services industry. She has worked with several leading financial institutions including Central Guaranty Trust, Scotiabank, Global Strategy, and the Canadian Home Income Plan. She also spent several years as a Marketing and Strategic Planning Consultant, during which time she co-authored The Financial Advisor at the Epoch, a unique forward thinking and idea-packed book for financial advisors. In 2002, she joined Mortgage Intelligence as VP Marketing where she introduced marketing services for the company’s mortgage consultants, and launched the GMAC Residential Funding brand into the Canadian marketplace. In 2006, Kelly was recruited to create and successfully launch the Mortgage Architects brand and, over a six-year period, managed the development of all branding, marketing, and channel communications for both Mortgage Architects and myNext Mortgage, which Kelly rebranded to Radius Financial. At the end of 2011, Kelly joined Invis and Mortgage Intelligence as VP Marketing.

Scott Musselman started with Invis in 2001, and has held progressive management positions with the company including Controller and Senior Business Analyst.

In these roles Mr. Musselman developed a thorough knowledge of all areas of Invis and Mortgage Intelligence operations. He developed and championed in-house proprietary payroll systems which deliver best-in-industry service to Invis and MI brokers. He also worked closely with Canada Life to develop the Invis and MI mortgage insurance programs. When Invis acquired Mortgage Intelligence in late 2008, Mr. Musselman led efforts to amalgamate back-end operations of the two companies to increase efficiencies and improve services and programs offered to Invis and MI mortgage brokers.

Mr. Musselman is an ardent supporter of the unique broker-centred corporate culture and entrepreneurial spirit at Invis and MI. He is originally from Coquitlam, BC and now makes his home in Mississauga, ON.
